The customer relationship
These Terms of Service govern orders and the related services provided by the company operating Lumqirex™. The Terms of Use separately address access to the website and conduct on it.
Before ordering, review the relevant product listing and the Shipping, Return, and Privacy Policies. Together, these materials describe the item offered and the services associated with it.
Nothing in these terms reduces rights that applicable law makes mandatory.
Information forming part of the order
The selected model, stated specifications, included components, and disclosed delivery conditions should identify what is being ordered.
A room scene provides context for a fixture. Accessories, decorative objects, or furniture are included only when expressly listed. Claims about environmental suitability, electrical compatibility, or certification must be supported by the relevant product information.
Contact us if a material specification is missing. A customer should not have to infer an essential electrical or installation detail from the appearance of an image.
Receipt and confirmation
An acknowledgment records receipt of order information. Acceptance and the confirmed arrangements should be communicated clearly through the store’s order process.
If an availability issue or material listing error prevents fulfillment as presented, we will explain the problem and the available options. We will not silently substitute a different model or materially change the agreed item.
Any change requiring your agreement will be presented for your decision. Mandatory rights arising from an accepted order remain applicable.
Customer-provided details
Customers should provide accurate contact and delivery information and be authorized to place the order. If an error is discovered, notify support promptly.
Requests to amend an order are assessed against its stage of preparation and dispatch. We will confirm whether the amendment can be carried out.

Cancellation conditions must be accessible before ordering and must not impose an unlawful restriction on a customer’s statutory rights.
Delivery and after-sales commitments
Transportation is estimated at 3–7 calendar days after dispatch, subject to the conditions explained in the Shipping Policy. Preparation before dispatch is a separate period.
Eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery. Where a refund is approved after the required return assessment, its expected arrival period is 7–10 business days from written approval.
After-sales requests are reviewed within 3 business days. Those periods describe different stages and should not be combined into a single promise of complete resolution.
Product use and installation
Use a fixture according to its supplied instructions and stated operating conditions. Where professional installation is required by the product or local rules, arrange an appropriately qualified installer.
Instructions for responsible use do not remove the company’s obligations concerning a defective, incorrectly supplied, or nonconforming item.
If a safety concern becomes apparent, stop using the affected product and contact support. We will explain the information needed to assess the concern and the available next step.
Concerns, disputes, and applicable rights
Raise an order concern through service@lumqirex.com so that we can review the facts and seek an appropriate resolution.
These terms do not exclude liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or prevent access to a consumer authority, competent court, or other remedy available under applicable law.
A later policy revision will not retrospectively reduce rights attached to an existing order. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue only to the extent permitted by law.
