The stages of delivery
An order passes through preparation, dispatch, and transportation. The transportation estimate begins when the parcel is dispatched; it does not include preparation before the carrier receives it.

If a particular item requires a longer preparation period, that information must be disclosed before the order is placed. An undisclosed preparation delay should not be presented as part of the carrier’s journey.
Destinations and fulfillment origin

Delivery availability depends on the destination and the item’s shipping requirements. We do not represent an order as locally fulfilled unless that description is accurate for the relevant shipment.
The company business address identifies the store operator. It does not by itself identify a warehouse or the starting point of every parcel.
Transportation estimate
The estimated transportation period is 3–7 calendar days after dispatch.
This is a planning estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Carrier disruption, customs examination where applicable, an address issue, or exceptional local conditions may affect the actual arrival date.
If a route or destination cannot reasonably support this estimate, its different timing must be disclosed before the order is accepted. We will communicate a known material delay rather than continuing to display an estimate that no longer reflects the available information.
Delivery charges

Any applicable delivery charge must be disclosed before the customer submits the order. Conditions attached to a delivery offer should be clear and consistent with the information shown elsewhere in the store.

Provide a complete delivery address and usable contact details. Review the information carefully, including apartment numbers and any location-specific delivery instructions.
If an error is discovered, contact service@lumqirex.com promptly. We will assess whether the order or carrier record can still be amended and confirm the outcome. A request to change an address does not itself establish that the change has been completed.
Dispatch and tracking

A carrier record may take time to show its first movement after dispatch. Where tracking is available, it should be read alongside any delivery notice or update from support.

Delays, loss, and arrival concerns
Contact support if the expected period has passed, a parcel appears lost, or a delivery event does not match what happened at your address.
After-sales requests are reviewed within 3 business days. We will examine the available information and explain whether a carrier inquiry, replacement, refund, or another appropriate step is needed.
Our responsibility to assist does not end solely because the parcel has been handed to a carrier. A “delivered” status is evidence to investigate, rather than an automatic reason to reject a missing-parcel report.
If a fixture arrives damaged or incorrect, retain relevant packaging where practical and consult the Return Policy for the next steps.
